Explosive weekend for bowlers

Kerry Craven of Highlands Sports Club Harare said she is happy to be part of the tournament once again

“I am happy to be part of the  Masters once again it is a good tournament for me as I am preparing for the  World Bowls Champion of Champions singles later this year,” said  Craven.

The Bulawayo greens will showcase the talents of Denis Streak who won the Masters in 2011 and this year will compete against some of the country’s top bowlers. Old Miltonians Sports Club bowler Jane Rigby is also another talent whom the hosts can copunt on in the women’s section.

Rigby believes the competition will be very high. “The Masters promises to be very competitive but all the same I am looking forward to it. I have been practicing hard and will see how it goes,” said Rigby.
