Fabregas up for sale

LONDON. — Barcelona have put star midfielder Cesc Fabregas up for sale. The ex-Arsenal star will be allowed to leave the club in the summer, according to reports in Spanish newspaper Marca. They claim Barca are testing the waters and are trying to see if they would get any big offers for the playmaker.

Only then, on receiving a bumper fee, would they sell their man.
The 27-year-old is valued at around £45m.

Fabregas has interested Manchester United and is among the names on Louis Van Gaal’s wanted list as he prepares to take the Old Trafford job.
Van Gaal is also keen on trying to do deals for Mats Hummels, Thomas Muller, Arjen Robben and Toni Kroos.

Arsenal could also make a move to bring their former skipper back after Arsene Wenger was handed a £100m warchest. — Metro.
