A CHITUNGWIZA family is appealing for help for her one-year-old son to undergo a hernia surgery.
The surgery, which will be undertaken at Harare Hospital, requires US$500.
The family said the one-year-old has a protrusion around his private parts.
“Ridel Muturugudu has a serious hernia condition, he has a protrusion or bulge around the pubic area,” the family said.
“He struggles everyday with unbearable pain, he can go for more than 10days without excreting.
“Ridel needs an emergency operation to be done at Harare Hospital.”
The family said they have been having challenges in raising the required amount.
