A widower from Nkayi allegedly crafted a duty roster to sexually abuse his daughters.
His modus operandi was that while he dealt with one, the next in line would be watching the cruel act.
The 41-year-old father of two is alleged to have lured his two daughters, aged 12 and nine to his bedroom hut claiming it was not safe for them to sleep alone.
It is reported that at night he would force them to strip naked then order the eldest to lie facing upwards. He would then rape her while the younger one watched waiting for her turn.
After raping them he would urge them to improve next time because practice makes perfect.
Neighbours noticed a strange behavioral pattern with the girls and reported the matter to the police.
They were then referred to a childrena��s home for safety while police carried further investigations.
For the offence the father was arraigned before Bulawayo provincial magistrate Joseph Mabeza farcing two counts of rape.
He pleaded not guilty and the presiding magistrate remanded him in custody for trial.
