Upcoming Zimdancehall chanters Final Warning Crew have released a brand new music video to celebrate President Robert Mugabe’s 90th birthday. The duo made up of brothers Prosper aka “Proda” and Edward Dembedza produced the track at Black Diamond studios and expect to perform the song at the 21st February Movement 2014 celebrations set for Marondera.
“We wanted to show our appreciation to our dear President for all that he has done for us as a nation and especially for the youths in Zimbabwe.

“Our song includes a brief historical lesson on why people of Africa should heed the President’s call for owning their own resources,” said Proda.

The video features scenes depicting the President celebrating previous birthday parties as well as highlights of major achievements and milestones accomplished by the veteran statesman.

Dancehall fans are expected to enjoy the catchy lyrics and powerful voices which are well laid on the Final Battle riddim produced by Gunhill records, in addition to the well choreographed and energetic dances performed by the duo and their friends.

Final Warning Crew emerged on the scene in 2010 with a track called “Copacabana”, then went on to share the stage with visiting international dancehall icons including TOK, Popcaan and Mr Vegas among others.

The chanters have previously performed subsequent 21st Movement galas and sung with prominent musicians including Oliver “Tuku” Mtukudzi, Alick Macheso and a number of other local artistes.
