Finance Minister Ncube hands over solar powered boreholes to the army

FINANCE, Economic Development, and Investment Promotion Minister, Professor Mthuli Ncube, is today commissioning and handing over three solar powered boreholes under the Ministerial borehole drilling program at Imbizo Barracks on the outskirts of Bulawayo.

Present at the event is the Minister of State for Bulawayo Provincial Affairs and Devolution, Cde Judith Ncube, Minister of Matabeleland North Province Cde Richard Moyo. Among guests are traditional chiefs, service chiefs and members of the business community.
