LATEST: Fire destroys donated tractors

Three tractors that were recently donated by the government for use at Shashe Irrigation scheme in Beitbridge West constituency were early on Thursday morning reduced to ashes after they caught fire under unclear circumstances.

Two of the tractors were acquired from Brazil under the government’s ‘More Food for Africa’ programme while the other Tractor was donated by Cesvi (a nongovernmental organization).
