This is the second time this has happened.
Last year, sofas, wardrobes and kitchen units were reduced to ashes.
Entrepreneurs at the site said they had lost a source of livelihood and wondered why the fire spread so fast yet there were guards manning the place.
The home industries are close to GlenView 8 houses, posing a danger to residents and property.
Police officers from a nearby police station were on site monitoring the situation to stop people from looting.
The residents were also assessing the situation.
“I lost my sofas, wardrobes and kitchen units worth thousands of dollars. I do not know how I will start again,” said one of the entrepreneurs who declined to be named.
There are no fire hoses at the place and fire fighters were fetching water from nearby houses using three trucks.
Fire brigade officers at the scene declined to comment, referring questions to their superiors.
