Firm launches initiative to deal with rogue land barons

GOLDSWIFT Construction has launched the Build Wise initiative aimed at curbing the illegal sale of land by land barons.

Speaking at the launch in Harare yesterday, Goldswift Construction managing director, Budwell Nziramasanga, said the Build Wise initiative would give relief to people tired of losing their hard-earned money to land barons.

“Many people are losing thousands of dollars in residential stands’ fraud. “Goldswift Construction will do all land checks for free for anyone who wants to buy a stand to ensure that everything is above board.

“This is a development that we should all embrace given how many people lose their savings to land barons and construction service providers,” he said.

Nziramasanga said, as a private company, they were playing their role to support the Government’s vision of building standard and affordable houses for the country’s citizens.

“Our main aim is to work hand-in-hand with the Government’s vision of building standard houses for all.

“We encourage all Zimbabweans to tap into this initiative by a reliable and trusted player in local construction,” he said.
