The 10km stretch starts from Plumtree town and ends just after Tsambani shops at Makwa river at Village 28 along the Plumtree-Dombodema Road.

The road is set to give lifeline to the busy traffic as the road links Zimbabwe and Botswana at the Maitengwe Border Post.
