First Towers defrauded

A man and a woman appeared in court yesterday for allegedly defrauding a commodity broking firm, First Tower (Private) Limited of US$85 927 and R95 000.

The complainant in the case is First Tower (Pvt) Ltd, which is being represented by its director Mr Remember Ndou.

Euginia Mushanyu (54) and Charles Kalasawo (43) appeared before Harare magistrate Mr Milton Serima on fraud charges.

They were each granted $200 bail and the matter was remanded to September 13.
