Former Deputy Chief Secretary Justin Mupamhanga dies

FORMER Deputy Chief Secretary in the Office of the President and Cabinet Mr Justin Mupanhanga has died.

Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services Permanent Secretary Mr Nick Mangwana confirmed his death through  a statement posted on X.

“Really sad to learn of the passing on of former Deputy Chief Secretary in the Office of the President and Cabinet, Mr Justin Mupamhanga. To me he was a good boss who took the role of mentor and helped me settle in Government, always ready to give a guiding hand. We condole with Deputy Minister Hon K. Mupamhanga, family and friends over this sad loss,” said Mr Mangwana.

He is related to Youth Empowerment Development and Vocational Training Deputy Minister Kudakwashe Mupamhanga.

Mr Mupamhanga retired from the Government in 2019 after serving it for 36 years.
