Former Deputy Chief Secretary Mupamhanga dies

Former Deputy Chief Secretary to the President and Cabinet, Mr Justin Mupamhanga has died.

Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services Permanent Secretary Nick Mangwana confirmed Mr Mupamhanga’s death in a message on his X handle this morning.

“Really sad to learn of the passing on of former Deputy Chief Secretary in the Office of the President and Cabinet, Mr Justin Mupamhanga. He was a good boss who took the role of mentor and helped me settle in Government, always ready to give a guiding hand. We

condole with Deputy Minister Honourable Mupamhanga, family and friends over this sad loss,” he said.
