Former ZTA chief executive Kaseke dies

FORMER Zimbabwe Tourism Authority (ZTA) Chief Executive Karikoga Kaseke has died.

Kaseke died at the age of 62 at a private hospital.

His wife Irene Kaseke confirmed that Kaseke died at a local hospital in Harare where he was admitted following deterioration in his health.

He suffered a major stroke in 2018 and was retired by the ZTA in 2021.

His sister Hazvinei Kaseke-Nyamupinda said she had lost a brother and protector who was known as a unifier in their family.

Mourners are gathered at number 38 Boschobel Drive West, Highlands in Harare.-Herald
