magistrate Mr Obidience Matare charged with unlawful entry.
Mr Matare remanded the quartet in custody to October 26.
Charges against the four arose on the night of October 7 this year, when the four allegedly went to Karoi Town Council Guest House in Chikangwe where they broke into room 20 using a screw driver to force open the door.
While inside the room the four stole 13 brand new 21-inch colour television sets, which the council had bought to furnish the bed rooms at the property.
They allegedly abandoned one TV set after they were disturbed by some members of the public among them one Kudakwashe Marima who later surrendered the TV set to the police station.
Karoi Town Council reported the matter to the police the following day.
On October 9, detectives received a tip-off which resulted in the arrest of Noah who implicated the other three.
Police recovered 10 TV sets at Mutisi’s home while the remaining two were recovered in the custody of Noah’s wife — Mary Maregere at house number 1029 Chikangwe.
Council employee Mr Isaac Chirenje positively identified the 13 TV sets through cardboard boxes marked KTC in red mighty marker ink.
