FUNGISAI Zvakavapano has urged Zimbabweans to have faith in God at all times.
The multiple award-winning gospel artist believes God has solutions to every problem.
Fungisai shared her sentiments online following an alleged spiritual attack she encountered at home early this week.
After winning the battle, she dropped a single titled Mangwanani Jehovah, which chronicles her fight.
“About two nights ago, I wrestled with what appeared to me as territorial demons.
“It started as a dream, developed into a nightmare then degenerated into a live spiritual attack.
“I woke up loudly denouncing the devil and declaring Jesus Christ as Lord. It’s my normal way of life.
“In fact, it’s the origins of Mangwanani Jehovah. I literally woke up bubbling in tongues,” she said in her Facebook post.
The versatile songwriter said the Holy Spirit kept ministering to her, but she did not understand.
“The Holy Spirit was bubbling mysteries and I rolled on the lounge floor in prayer.
“I then realised I risked waking up the kids whose room was also closer to the lounge, and so I ended up sitting on a bath towel in the bathroom as the Holy Spirit refused to keep quiet for a while.
“Fast forward as the day went by, I had no idea what the prayer drama was about,” she said.
She said she might fail to make people understand everything she sings, but believes there is a God in heaven.
“I might fail to package him well and make you understand everything I sing or say, but Mwari ariko and Mwari Mweya Mutsvene is real, anotouya agotokubatsira kunamatira nyaya dzirimberi dzausati waziva.
“And anokukomberedza ne the right people at the right time,” said the gospel diva.
