THE abandoned match between Gaths Mine and Tongogara will be replayed at a neutral venue at Ascot next Wednesday.
The game was abandoned two weeks ago in darkness after the kick-off was delayed.
The referees arrived late.
“We do not understand how the ruling came about as the game was left with only 10 minutes to play, but we are to restart the game again,” an official from Tongogara said.

“We hope we will be able to get over the frustration and get a result at Ascot.”
Both teams struggled during the weekend fixtures with Gaths Mine being held at Zvishavane Stars, who were playing their first Central Region Division One league game of the season, at Mandava.

Tongogara were held to a 1-1 draw by Chrome Stars.
