She, however, ignored the pain and was back at work at Megga 1 Bar where she performed while seated.
“I am obviously in pain, the doctors said it’s nothing serious, but I want to urge show promoters to erect proper stages so that this does not happen again,” she said.
Jah Prayzah also blamed the poor stage for the mishap.
“The stage was too small and we could not move freely. I urge promoters to be more sincere,” he said.
Due to the injury, the group’s choreography was not up to scratch. Some fans could be heard asking for their favourite dancer “Generator”, a name she got from the energy she exudes.
That said, fans had a treat when Jah Prayzah dished out hits from his latest album “Tsviriyo”.
“I am all humbled by your support and love,” Jah Prayzah said before bursting into the party track “Tsviriyo”.
The climax of the show was when Suluman Chimbetu joined Jah Prayzah in song and dance.
Speaking after the show, Jah Prayzah said he was overwhelmed by the reception to his album.
