RHUMBA musician cum dancer Godolude has released a hit track titled Isibindi Se Liquor which has become a national anthem in the rhumba music loved spaces.

A survey around rural areas in Matabeleland South and North provinces has shown that the track is a darling to many and is set to be a festive hit.

Godolude said he is happy with the BAA recognition and hopes that he clinches the gong as he has had a fruitful year with the latest tardk testament to that.

“Isibindi Se Liquor is a song which talks about a man who does unusual things all in the name of being drunk and l am happy that it is doing well on the rounds.

“I have been nominated four times before but l have not won and hope this is my year. The nomination is a motivation to me taking note of all the talented male artistes flooded in the region,” said Godolude.

He said his transition from being Clement Magwaza’s dance to being a solo musician is proof of his talent.

“From starting as a dance to creating my own brand has been a journey that has been made possible by my fans and followers. We appreciate all who have asked for our services.

“If l win this award l will take it as a bonus to the growth of Godolude and Eze Energy brand,” said Godolude.
