Police have released names of the five people who died in an accident which occurred along Kwekwe-Gokwe Road.
The five died after a vehicle they were travelling in burst its left rear tyre and veered off the road before overturning last week.
Police spokesperson, Chief Superintendant Paul Nyathi said:
“The Zimbabwe Republic Police would like to advise the nation that five people who perished in the fatal road accident which occurred on 6 December 2015 at the 130km peg along Kwekwe-Gokwe Road near Green Diamond Hotel, Gokwe have been identified as follows: Prisca Nyoni (35) of Nyamazana Village, Chief Njelele, Gokwe, Rosemary Maparara (36) of Nyamazana Village, Chief Njelele, Gokwe, Promise Hapazari (6), Michell Chibasa (16) of Sengwa Primary School, Gokwe and Fegason Machicha (21) of Charua Village, Chief Njelele, Gokwe,” he said.
