In Group B, Wolves entertain Maranatha at Sotshangane and Railstars have a date against Speedo at Raylton Sports Club.
RBZ square it off against Kule’s in a Group C encounter set for Bob’s Motors ground near Nust.
Ingutsheni Doctors play against the flamboyant Amavevane who had an international friendly against Setlare in Francistown last weekend.
In Group E, two potentially exciting fixtures are on the cards and they will pit Izinsizwa versus Isigubhu at Highlanders Clubhouse while All Stars host Tel-One at Raylton Sports Club.
Mzilikazi United, Speedo, Mzilikazi Pirates and All Stars have already qualified for the quarter-finals and Mzilikazi Pirates who are the defending champions will be hoping to repeat their feat when they prevailed over Wolves last season.
A minute of silence is expected to be observed by all clubs in memory of Oscar Ncube.
