HAVING struck the right chords with her latest offering and chart-topping song “Handitye”, Mutare-born gospel music star Caroline Chidzikwe’s video to the track is set to usher the Christian community into the festive season and New Year in a spiritual mood.

The gifted composer – who is currently riding high with the track, the latest from her long catalogue of hits that include others like “Zvosiyana”, “Zita Renyu Jesu” and “Anokuda” – said her music is meant to nourish the souls of believers.

“We are coming to the end of the year and will be getting into 2022 soon and we have to thank and praise God for all His wonderful blessings he showers on us every day.

“On our part with my band The Throne Worshippers, we will continue making music with a meaning because fellowshipping is the lifeblood that sustains us as Christians,” said the Sakubva-bred musician.

She expressed gratitude to those who follow her music and attend live shows for their continued support, which she described as the driving force that fuels her quest to minister the Word through song.

Chidzikwe added that she is preparing new material for her fans’ delight and shall be shooting more videos for old and new tracks following the overwhelming and positive response the visuals for “Handitye” received.
