The Government has acquired four ambulances and seven tractors for airside maintenance at the Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport and other airports.

Transport and Infrastructural Development Minister Felix Mhona will commission the ambulances and tractors today.

According to the Airports Company of Zimbabwe (Private) Limited, the vehicles will enhance the safety, efficiency, and overall quality of the aviation infrastructure.

The ambulances, equipped with the latest medical technology, will be strategically positioned at the airports to ensure swift and effective response to medical emergencies, while the tractors will significantly bolster the upkeep of runways, taxiways, and other critical airside areas.
