Harare Metropolitan Provincial Affairs and Devolution Minister Charles Tavengwa made the remarks during the commissioning of four ambulances and seven tractors for airside maintenance acquired for ACZ.

“We are grateful that this comes at a time when health services are key in saving lives. I thank the Minister for Transport and Infrastructural Development, Honourable Felix Mhona, and chairman of the Parliamentary Portfolio Committee on Transport and Infrastructure Development, Honourable Tawanda Karikoga, for their unwavering commitment to developing our nation’s infrastructure,” he said.

Minister Tavengwa said the commissioning of the new ambulances and tractors signifies a proactive approach in addressing critical needs within the airport’s ecosystem.

“These results will undoubtedly enhance our emergency response capabilities and streamline ground operations, ultimately leading to a more efficient and safer airport environment.”
