Govt starts provincial media tours

GOVERMENT has commenced provincial media tours of signature projects that were carried out last year starting with Harare.

The tours are aimed at giving the nation an insight on what Government has been doing.

The provincial tours started at the roundabout along Harare-Bindura Highway and Boulevard Road where Information, Publicity, and Broadcasting Services Minister Jenfan Muswere is leading the tour accompanied by Minister of State for Provincial Affairs and Devolution for Harare Metropolitan Province Charles Tavengwa.

Speaking during the tour, Minister Muswere said after Harare next stop is Mashonaland East and West provinces respectively.

“The provincial media tours give the nation the opportunity to witness various works covered by the Government in 2024 in line with President Mnangagwa’s vision.

“It also gives the media an opportunity to physically visit the signature projects,” he said.
