GRANDPA FEEDS WIFE WITH OWN POO

A 70-year-old Chitungwiza woman has taken her husband (75) to court for feeding her with human waste.

She alleges he also went on to plaster her face and upper body with poo before tearing her clothes.

Mbuya Nurse Nota of St Mary’s on Wednesday stood in the complaint’s dock at the Chitungwiza Magistrates’ Courts.

She shared her agonising story of having had her waste shoved into her mouth by her hubby, Joseph Mpaso, 75, following a misunderstanding.

The couple, which has lived in matrimony for 48 years, has six children and 13 grandchildren.

The wife survives as a market vendor while the husband is a plumber by profession.

On the day in question, they were selling vegetable produce at their stall situated at Mandaza Corner Shops along Rufaro Road when a misunderstanding ensued.

The wife left the market place in a huff, with an aim to relieve herself at their home a few metres away.

Unbeknown to her, her husband was hard on her heels.

“I was shocked to see the toilet door suddenly burst open and my husband entering. He hoisted me up from the toilet seat, scooped a handful of my poo and forced into my mouth. He also physically assaulted me in the process, “ she told the court.

Wishing to prove to the police the trauma associated with the treatment, she decided not to clean the mess fed onto her, and walked into the charge office at St Mary’s Police Station with the “evidence” for the officers to see.

The matter was referred to court where Mpaso pleaded guilty to indecent assault.

He has been remanded in custody to today.

The complainant, Gogo Nota, said this was not the first time the couple has been at loggerheads.
