Fiyado ensured Gunners collected three points after he rose high and headed home a Sekete cross to hand the former champions maximum points.
Gunners could have won by a bigger margin but their strikers were wasteful in front goals.
It was a game of two halves as both teams took turns to dominate with Hardbody enjoying more possession in the first half before Gunners controlled the proceedings in the second half.
Gunners’ Sekete was quite the whole afternoon but did well to provide the two goals that made the difference.
Gunners’ assistant coach Thanks Tengwe was not a happy man despite collecting the maximum points.
“The three points are okay but the boys wasted a lot of scoring opportunities which I think is costing us a lot.
“We need to sharpen our strikeforce. There is still a lot of work to do because our finishing is very poor.
“We should have finished them in the first half but we were reluctant in front of goals,” said Tengwe.
Hardbody coach Tavaka Gumbo remained a happy man despite losing three points to Gunners.
“We played well, we scored first but we allowed them to come back in the game and conceded two soft goals.
“Our defence let us down but I am happy with the result.
“We will wait for the transfer window to open so that we can beef up our squad,” said Gumbo.
