Gushungo storms Mutare

Club Mandisa

RISING traditional musician, Gushungo, returns to Mutare for another date with Mutare fans when he performs at the watering hole situated at the heart of the city centre this weekend.

Backed by the Scatter Band, the energetic dancer will perform from today (Friday) till Sunday.

 

The Harare-based artiste, who usually send revelers into ecstasy, is popular for songs such as ‘Mhondoro Musango’, which features Diana Samukange, ‘Gore rapera’, ‘Dzudzo’ and ‘Hondo.’

He will be backed by Silvibes Entertainment.

 

Pole dancers from Harare, Chinhoyi and Bulawayo will entertain patrons in the VIP Lounge.

Chitsa Bar

Mutare’s sought after afro-jazz band, Expressions Band, returns at their favorite fortress situated in Dangamvura for a show this Sunday.

 

The eight-member band who will headline this Sunday’s main live Sunday sessions will jump on stage at 8pm till late.

 

Friday and Saturday will see wheel spinners Spillz and DJ Wizzy performing.

Windsor Nite Club

The bar, popular among imbibers and situated at Mangenje Business Centre in the sprawling suburb of Dangamvura hosts selected DJs over the weekend.

 

DJ Kartel will entertain patrons tomorrow while they enjoy booze and braai.

Micasa

Resident deejays Frazer and Terminator, who are specialists of old and new skool music, this weekend take turns to entertain patrons.

 

The two will on Sunday leave the stage for Steve Chikotie, who headlines the Sunday Jazz sessions.

 

Imbibers will over the weekend be treated to sumptuous traditional meals courtesy of Kapoto.

Bako Nite Club

Situated at the heart of the sprawling suburb of Sakubva, the watering hole hosts pleasure seekers with Deejay Tony Lee running things on the turntables.

Pedu Paye

The entertainment joint, fondly known as the Grandmasters lounge, will tomorrow till Sunday host local DJs.

 

The place which usually hosts imbibers and patrons, particularly visitors who frequent tourism facility Osborne Dam, will be treated to fish braai.

Acid Bar

Youthful DJ Yala, who is popular among music lovers in Chikanga, will this weekend entertain fun lovers in the ghetto with an assortment of music.

 

He is expected to provide musical therapy to home team, Acid Pool Club and their fans.
