Gweru City Council revamps main revenue hall, calls for local businesses to beautify the CBD

Gweru City Council has renovated its main revenue hall in the central business district as part of its effort to beautify the city.

Spokesperson for Gweru City Council, Ms Vimbai Chingwaramusee said they will continue renovating most of the city’s buildings.

“We are calling out to the business people to invest in the city, we are saying that they should renovate, revamp their buildings, to ensure that the city is more beautiful.

“To set the pace, we decided to renovate and refurbish our main revenue hall in the CBD and we will continue ensuring that we renovate and refurbish most of our buildings to meet our vision of being a sustainable city of choice by 2030,” she said.
