The Herald- Harare City Council’s human capital director Dr Cainos Chingombe has died following a long battle with cancer.
He died yesterday at a local hospital in Harare.
A relative, Leornard Mashinga, confirmed the death this morning.
Burial arrangements will be announced in due course.
