Hardbody, Tripple B appeal case deferred

the Beitbridge based outfit requested for more time to go through the Gweru side’s heads of argument.
The busmen are appealing against both conviction and the 42 points docking in their bid to land a premiership berth.
Hardbody’s chairman Patrick Chikwanda, who was accompanied by Raymond Mugandani, confirmed the development. “The case will now be heard in Harare next Friday at 9am. This was after Tripple B requested for time to go through our appeal papers.,” said Chikwanda
Hardbody were found guilty by the Reginald Chidawanyika chaired disciplinary committee at the regional level for using Tatenda Chingarah who is alleged to have been improperly registered.
The case has delayed the confirmation of the Central Soccer League champions.
