‘He forces himself on me’

A HARARE man is in the habit of tearing his wife’s clothes and forcing himself on her.

Loice Rapozo (26) applied for a protection order against her husband, Archview Kaduku (36).

She claimed he was sexually abusing her.

Presiding magistrate, Tamara Chibindi, granted her the protection order.

Loice accused Archview of also harassing the children.

“He abuses me sexually. Everytime he has sex with me without my consent and he is always violent throughout.

“He has a tendency of tearing my clothes and forces himself on me claiming he paid lobola for me,” said Loice.

Archview denied all the allegations saying he has never abused her. He said they have been fighting over Loice’s infidelity since 2016.

“I once caught her in bed having sex with another man and to date l vividly remember the incident.

“She is a prostitute and a liar,” he said.
