The teams will be divided in four pools — A to D — and they will play a round robin matches.
Defending champions, St John’s Prep, faces a huge battle to keep their crown.
The tournament used to feature 12 teams but the organisers have invited one more school from the high density areas.
Alex Park, Borrowdale School, Gateway, Hartmann House, Heritage, Highlands, Lusitania, St John’s Prep, Ariel School, Emerald Hill, Westridge and hosts Hellenic are the 12 schools scheduled to take part at the event.
Bobby Odilo, who is one of the organisers, said they were thrilled with hosting the tournament once again.
“The Super5 promises to be an explosive event that most on the players are looking forward to. We are grateful to Hyundai who are our main sponsors.
“Adding Zengeza to the tournament will be good as we would like to get them exposed because we know there is also a lot of talent in the players from such schools.
“The preparations ahead of the tournament are going on well and it is good that we will give a chance to the young talent once again, “said Odilo.
Hellenic School soccer team coach, Ray Funani, said they will be sending their second team to the Gateway Schools festival today.
“We have been training twice a week since the beginning of this term and I am happy that the boys have the passing skills though they still have to improve on their aggression with the ball.
“I believe I will come up with a stronger squad this year than the one I had last year.
“The boys are looking forward to our regular schools’ fixtures and the Five-Aside tournament,” said Funani.
