Hellenic host fitness expo

ALL is set for a free fitness expo and health seminar to be held at Hellenic Sports Club this morning. The event will be conducted by top bodybuilders Simba Godwin Mhaka and Tinashe “Doctor” Fitness Chishanga.

Mhaka and Chishanga will be assisted by Zimbabwe Bodybuilding and Fitness spokesperson Quiet Shangai.

Mhaka is the reigning Mr Zimbabwe Physique champion.

Power House Fitness Club director Kudzai Makombe said they were looking forward to a good day.

“We are going to have a variety of events as Mhaka and Chishanga will take the participants through several fitness training programmes.

“We encourage all those seeking to lose weight and gain fitness to attend as admission is free.

“Shangai, on the other hand, will help with health and fitness lecturers as well as discussions,” Makombe said.

The event will also see the official launch of Power House Fitness Club.
