Herentals Queens beat highly fancied Platinum Royals

HERENTALS Queens beat highly fancied Platinum Royals 1-0 in a Hearts Women’s Soccer League match played at Mandava Stadium yesterday.
Shyline Dambamuromo scored the goal that separated the two teams in the 74th minute.
With the win, Herentals who are the women’s defending champions stayed on position four with 40 points.
The students had a short break from domestic competition as they were engaged in the Caf Club Championships Cosafa qualifiers.
