SOUTH Africa-based Zimbabwean Mbira Dze Hip-Hop musician Neville Sigauke is actively working to expand his brand by collaborating with artistes from around the globe. His latest project features a collaboration with Liberian artiste AJ STVNNA (born Alhaji Johnson) on the track titled Iwe Ndiwe.

Released recently, the single is accompanied by a visually striking music video filmed at Ammazulu African Palace in Durban, South Africa, by Flava with support from CreaTV Media House.

From his base in Durban, Sigauke shared his vision for growth and diversification within his genre, a unique blend of hip-hop and mbira music.
“The song Iwe Ndiwe, which translates to ‘You are the one,’ is a celebration of love and admiration, expressed through vibrant African melodies.
“This year, I have several collaborations lined up with both continental and international artistes. I believe it’s time for this genre to reach all corners of the world,” he added.
Sigauke’s drive to broaden his musical reach is part of his broader strategy to elevate his brand and bring his innovative fusion of hip hop and mbira to a global audience. – @mthabisi_mthire
