HIGHLANDERS has announced that Kindman Ndlovu will remain the acting Chief Executive Officer, following successful internal engagements that led to the retraction of his resignation.

In an official statement released by the club on Tuesday morning, Highlanders confirmed that Ndlovu, who serves as the Executive Member for Technical and Development, has agreed to continue in his acting CEO role “until such a time the substantive CEO is engaged.”

The club acknowledged the confusion caused by the premature leak of Ndlovu’s resignation letter and clarified the situation:

“Mr. Ndlovu duly retracts his resignation letter and apologises to the Executive Member Finance, Nkani Khoza, and the club at large for any inconvenience the resignation letter caused after its unfortunate leak to the public.”
The leadership emphasised its commitment to unity and professionalism.

“The club leadership upholds the spirit of peace, tranquility, as well as respect for one another and the Highlanders brand.”

The resignation of Ndlovu last week had been a result of a sour working relationship with Khoza.
