THE Highlanders executive is expected to get the coaches’ wishlist on Tuesday as the club seeks to improve from its ninth position on the Castle Lager Premiership log.

Club chairman Kenneth Mhlophe confirmed on Tuesday morning that they were eager to help coaches do better by bringing in new faces.

“We are meeting later today to discuss among many other things, the strengthening of the team. We are all concerned, we want to do better, we want to match other clubs by player quality.

“We have been assured of US$50 000 for players through Jabulani Nkomo from Sir Wicknell Chivayo, once guided by what coaches want we won’t hesitate to go into the market,” said Mhlophe.

The Highlanders chairman said that they would also discuss the imminent appointment of the club chief executive officer to replace Kindman Ndlovu who has been acting since April when Brian Moyo stepped down.

While popular sentiment was that the club should outsource the hiring to a human resources company to find the incumbent, Bosso are expected to press ahead and appoint one.

Nkululeko Ndlovu, Denzel Mnkandla and Nomvelo Mlotshwa were interviewed for the job last weekl.
Bosso are ninth on the log and have seemingly been reduced to an ordinary team and are in desperate need of a number of players.

Try Ncube now heads the technical team following the departure of Kelvin Kaindu.
