I love Zim, says Nicole C Mullen

“During our last two visits in Zimbabwe we felt welcome, we worshipped God as one people and the Victoria Falls were breathtaking!” she said.
This will be her third visit to Zimbabwe after her past performance last year when she came together with her family including her parents.
“We are honoured to be invited back again,” she said in an interview with The Herald Entertainment.
The festival will open on August 24 with the main act being Pastor Herman Chimusoro of Crossline Music & Video.  Mullen will take to the stage on August 26.
Born Aileen Nicole Coleman-Mullen, but more popularly known as Nicole C Mullen, she is an award-winning singer, songwriter and choreographer. She was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio.
She recorded her first solo album, “Don’t Let Me Go”, in 1991 with the independent label Frontline Records.
Mullen continued her singing-songwriting-choreography career in the 1990s, singing back-up for Michael W. Smith and the Newboys, writing for Jaci Velasquez, and working as a dancer/choreographer with Amy Grant.
Her fourth album, “Talk About It”, was certified gold for sales in excess of 500 000 copies in 2008.
The curtain will come down on the festival with a must-attend performance by another top American gospel singer — Michael W Smith.
The Grammy Award-winning Smith will be performing in Zimbabwe for the first time and it is hoped that some fans will come from as far as Botswana, Zambia and South Africa.
This year, the festival is expected to move a notch up as the revered man of song, three-time Grammy winner and platinum seller reaches out to his fans up close and personal.
