Leon Schuster, Sleeky and Rajoo from Polokwane, Limpopo Province, in South Africa.
There will be guest spinners in the likes of Fat Cat, Shanon and Tyler.
Adding to the fun will be free jumping castles for children and music courtesy of disc jockeys on rotation.
The last time car spinners hit Borrowdale Racecourse they left the crowd with goose bumps with their breathtaking skills behind the wheels.
The Spin City is co-hosted by Chop Chop Motors and P&M Motors.
Patson Chimbodza of P&M Motors, better known as a music promoter, said he was happy to bring South Africa’s tried and tested spinners to Harare.
“I believe that I am a promoter with a difference who goes for what people want. Spinning the BMWs has always been my passion and we believe in reaching out to everyone and at the same time remembering our fallen heroes who fought for our liberation.  This is why we have planned the show for the Heroes holiday,” he said.
