Ice Prince is expected to bring with him the Chocolate City Crew together with South African-based reggae icon Buffalo Souljah, who recently did the country proud by scooping a Channel O award for the most gifted dancehall song last month.
Ice Prince is a Nigerian award-winning hip-hop artiste, whose claim to fame is his song “Oleku”.
He recently co-hosted the Channel O 2012 awards.
Ice Prince has done collaborations with Gyptian, and he is undoubtedly one of the most talented hip-hop artistes to emerge from Nigeria.
Roulay Agency spokesperson Farai “PhatBeatz” Chamatowa said everything was set for the show that would bring the curtain down on 2012.
The “Oleku” hitmaker confirmed his maiden Zimbabwe visit on his Twitter page and said he will leave the country on the December 30, for another show in South Africa.
“Zimbabwe get ready . . . Chocolate City is coming,” he wrote. Roulay Agency, co-owned by Ruth and Michelle Mrewa, promised a memorable show.
They have also included on the programme socialite Miss P, who represented Botswana in the Big Brother Africa StarGame last year, to spice things up.
Miss P is going to be among special guests and will co-host the event giving fans a taste of what she knows best.
On the other hand, Buffalo Souljah will lead a couple of local artistes billed to perform as supporting acts.
Junior Brown, Tehn Diamond, Capital K, award-winning hip-hop dance crew Antivirus and renowned songstress Cindy Munyavi are some of the artistes expected to be part of the event.
Junior Brown, whose song “Madrinks” is receiving heavy rotation on the club circuit, promised to rock fans like never before.
“Nothing can stop us doing what we know best. We are going to do our best,” he said.
