Ignorance pervades BUILD

THE nation woke up to hear that Joice Mujuru, the leader of the caustic and rebellious cabal which had intended to revolt against the leadership of the revolutionary party, Zanu-PF had crafted an economic blueprint whose contents they claimed rivaled that of the current and immaculately crafted Zimbabwe Agenda for Sustainable Socio-Economic Transformation(Zim-Asset).The so-called economic blueprint acronymed BUILD  which stands for Blueprint to Unlock Investment and Leverage for Development is a pale shadow of the undeserved hype it received from the anti-Zimbabwe media which grapples and clings to anything that spews propaganda which is anti-Zimbabwe and which is anti-people.

Poor Joice, it amazes how she has suddenly become an instrument for anti-people elements such as Rugare Gumbo, a well-known sellout who survived the gallows during the liberation out of the mercy of the leadership when in essence all comrades wanted him out of the system due to his rebellious tendencies which haunt till this day.

Then some of her acolytes include the humiliated and disgraced womaniser Didymus Mutasa who now sings the blue after being expelled from the revolutionary party for misdemeanor which includes abusing the woman folk using his then position of influence.

One might ask which investment does Mujuru hopes to unlock which she failed to facilitate during her tenure as the second most powerful person in Government. As is common knowledge, President Mugabe is a democrat who would have been happy to have a subordinate with ideas to enhance the welfare of the Zimbabwean populace.

Alas, the Mujuru we all know was only exceptional in gossiping and undoing her Government colleagues with the vain hope of endearing herself to President Mugabe. What Mujuru failed to realise was that it is only tangible works which can endear her to President Mugabe and no any other tomfoolery?

One wonders whether gossiping and mudslinging others constitute the ‘the Unlocking of Investment’ which the so-called economic blueprint purportedly represents. In case one had not told Mujuru that her limited mental faculties and naivety have never made her presidential material.

While President Mugabe had hoped that at least she could learn the ropes, Mujuru become preoccupied, not with learning the ropes but rather being at the helm of the country. That could have been disastrous given her propensity for chicanery and gossiping.

Isn’t it that a manifesto has to be for an established political party, the strange thing about Mujuru and her poodles’ arrangement is that her so-called economic blueprint came out well before even her having a political party.
While common knowledge has never been common, it is a fact that it is political parties which are vehicles which carry a certain group of people’s interest. It would be interesting if the cabal’s spokesperson will tell the nation whose ideas do the so called economic blueprints represent?

The publication of the so-called economic blueprint prior to forming a political party is testimony to the anarchy which seat deep in the expelled cabal members. Just picture a scenario where political and mental midgets such as Kudakwashe Bhasikiti, Joice Mujuru, Rugare Gumbo, Didymus Mutasa and the garrulous Jabulani Sibanda meet in a conference to discuss the future of the nation. Obviously and surely a donkey will laugh its lungs out. Any normal person would ask that who will chair that meeting given then dearth of capacity and capability. These are characters that will reduce this country’s body politic into a laughing stock.

Add this mockery to the opposition ranks to the already confused and Western controlled Morgan Tsvangirai of the MDC-T, the now desperate Welshman Ncube who has decided to herd his cattle at his farm and the already sick looking Tendai Biti who is earmarked to be the leader of the MDC Renewal.

It will be a horrific opposition whose only passion is the mindless obsession of removing Zanu-PF from power, a feat which they will dismally fail to achieve given that Zanu-PF is the only party in Zimbabwe with the grassroots’ support hence it will overcome its political adversaries with ease.

Does anyone still remember that it is only Zanu-PF which is consolidating its structure by reorganising and reorienting its structures, all in anticipation for elections anytime? With elections just in the vicinity, it is only Zanu-PF which is avidly preparing for elections.

The fundamental question would be, how then do these political puppies complain when they do not have even an iota of structures? Still you read their mouthpieces barking on top of their voices complaining that they were robbed. Interesting indeed, how do you get robbed when you have virtually no structures to show for your political posturing.

Politics has always been a game of numbers, nothingmore, and nothing less. Fortunately, the pro-people party has the numbers.

Some people have short memories, having Joice Mujuru grandstanding that she is pro-business will amaze some of us who have long memories which dig deeper into the past and forecast into the future.
Mujuru became famous for her mediocre mind during her days as Minister responsible for Telecommunication when she barred Econet from initiating its business, only for it to be saved by the courts.

I remember the late Vice-President, Dr Joshua Nkomo had to intervene for Econet to be where it is today.
Now isn’t it a joke that the same person appears in her so-called shallow statement to be pro-business.
It is only the naïve and the idiotic who can be fooled into such admission. Mujuru is simply an empty vessel who will add nothing to the political discourse of the country. As much as the sun rises and sets, surely Mujuru and her acolytes will be a political disaster in the making.

If Mujuru is indeed serious about her political career, why is she hesitant to come out in the open?
She is sure that Zimbabweans will not embrace her jocular philosophies which will not even add value to their lives.
There are aware that Mujuru and her gang are bitter fellows who derive their solace from countering anything which is pro-people. It is this kind of approach to politics which will see them failing dismally on that front.

There are indeed doomed from the onset. This so-called economic blueprint is not in any way for the building of the nation, but rather to destroy all the gains which this great country has made since the attainment of independence.
