Preparations for the 23rd Zanu PF National People’s Conference to be held in Mashonaland West Province are progressing well, with impactful decisions to uplift people’s lives expected to be made, the revolutionary party’s First Secretary and President, Cde Mnangagwa has said.
The President said this while addressing the 395th Ordinary Session of the Zanu PF Politburo meeting held at the party headquarters today.

“It is pleasing that steady progress is being made in preparation for the 23rd National People’s Conference to be hosted by Mashonaland West Province. The critical outcomes of the National People’s Conference or any party meetings are never the numbers that attend, but the quality of hosting or the comfort of delegates,” said President Mnangagwa.
“It is the policy output, resolution and impactful decisions we make, and how these will transform our economic, social and political landscape for the betterment of our nation. I appeal that we never lose sight of this.
President Mnangagwa urged party organs to continue tracking the implementation of party conference and congress resolutions.

“To this end, I exhort party organs and Government Ministries to examine and track the implementation of conference and congress outcomes, resolutions and decisions ahead of this crucial annual gathering,” said President Mnangagwa.
