Multi-award-winning Imbube ensemble Indosakusa The Morning Star are set to go international as they are eying a European tour from April to October next year (2025).
The group is asking for partners and possible promoters to book them on these dates so as to effectively perform and spread African music across Europe.
In a statement, the group said, “The Indosakusa The Morning Star will be touring Europe from April to October 2025. We’re thrilled to share our music across the continent and can’t wait to connect with fans and festival coordinators along the way.
“We are still taking bookings in-between the dates of the tour. Stay tuned for more details —let’s make this an unforgettable tour,” reads the statement.
Indosakusa The Morning Star formerly known as Impumelelo Shining stars, is an all-male member choral musical group which specialises in Imbube/Isicathamiya and Gospel fused with different dances, both modern and traditional.
The group was formed on 7 May 2001 in Mapane Village, Ward 7, Enqameni, Gwanda, Matabeleland South in Zimbabwe.
The name Impumelelo Shining stars was then changed to Indosakusa The Morning Star through a revelation which was given to the group in 2016.
To date, the group boasts of twelve albums, with their last offering released in 2022 titled Isililo Sentandane.
