Inflation up 0,2 percent

National Statistics Agency has said. The annual inflation rate has been rising for the past three months, moving up 0,4 percent to 3,3 percent in July, after rising by the same margin to 2,9 percent in June.
“The year-on-year inflation rate for the month of August as measured by the all items Consumer Price Index (CPI) stood at 3,5 percent, gaining 0,2 percentage points on the July 2011 rate of 3,3 percent,” Zimstats said.
