International coaches to tour Zim

30.
It will be their first time in Zimbabwe.
They will be holding all their courses at the Zimbabwe Gymnasium in the capital.

The two coaches will be in the country, not just to work with the gymnasts but also to work with the Zimbabwean coaches and introducing the new FIG World Age Groups scheme.

Meanwhile, Springvale House in Marondera will host a gymnastics competition tomorrow.
The schools taking part include Springvale House, Ruzawi, Wise Owl, St Francis and St Michael’s.
The vice-president of the Zimbabwe Gymnastics Association, Chris Muchatuta, said it is good to see that many gymnastics events were taking place from grassroots level across the country.

“It is excellent to see so many inter-school and grassroots competitions happening at the moment in the country.
“It is at these competitions that the talent and champions of the future are born and found, who then go on to be stars of our teams like Kudzaishe Nyazvigo and Tichaona Gwenzi,” said Muchatuta.
