THE highly anticipated Intwasa Festival, a prominent annual arts and culture event, has announced its call for the Intwasa Poetry Slam set to take place on 30 September at the prestigious National Gallery in Bulawayo.
The Intwasa Poetry Slam, known for its electrifying atmosphere and fierce competition, has become a highlight of the festival for poetry enthusiasts and performers alike.
“Interested participants are invited to register for this year’s edition of the Intwasa Poetry Slam. Poets are to register on the day of the slam” read a post by the Festival Director, Raisedon Baya on his Facebook account.
The poetry slam will start at 11am and at night there is going to be another comedy show where renowned poets like Ntando Van Moyo, Q Dube, Chichie the Poetic Queen, Blackrose and others will perform.
This year’s edition will run from September 26 to 30._@TashaMutsiba.
