IOM, Government hold validation workshop on disaster displacements

The International Organisation for Migration in conjunction with the Government is hosting a validation workshop of the regional framework on displacements induced by disasters.

The framework is meant to foster co-operation among Sadc member states that have experienced displacements caused by natural disasters, especially floods.

The workshop will also focus on how Zimbabwe can localise the implementation of the framework.
