NGEZI Platinum Stars unveiled Takesure Chiragwi as their substantive coach yesterday.
Chiragwi had been acting on an interim basis and seems to have impressed the club’s executive.
Ngezi fired Benjani Mwaruwari and Rodwell Dhlakama this year alone for different reasons before Chirgawi was appointed on an interim basis.
He managed to steer the team to a top four finish.
“We are delighted to announce the appointment of Takesure Chiragwi as Ngezi Platinum Stars substantive head coach.
“Chiragwi has been appointed following his excellent performance after being appointed interim coach wherein the team finished strongly, achieving its top four objective for the 2021/2022 season.
“In addition, the appointment of Chiragwi signifies the club’s commitment to developing technical skills internally.
