Seven years after he left the group for greener pastures, former Iyasa front-man Futurelove Sibanda will share the stage with his long lost comrades in song and dance during an all Bulawayo in Vienna, Austria later this month.

Vienna will get a taste of Bulawayoas finest when Iyasa, Futurelove, Insingizi and Nkwali alongside her band perform in all Bulawayo affair in the Austrian capital next month. The four, will clash on 21 June in a show aimed at exposing their talents to a hopefully receptive Austrian audience.

Iyasa and Insingizi have become staples on the European festival circuit in the past few years while Nkwali, who launched her own solo career in the City of Kings last year has already become to find traction in Austria after hosting her first solo show in that country a fortnight ago.

However, arts enthusiasts will be eager to see the reunion of one of the countryas most gifted performers with one of Zimbabweas most lauded arts groups the Austrian based eccentric performer Futurelove, who will share the stage with his former counterparts at Iyasa.

The group which was formed at Mpopoma High School in 2000 by former teacher Nkululeko Dube, has become a force to reckon with in the showbiz sector.

Future joined the group in its infancy at a tender age of 16 and was one of the backbones of the group.

Sibanda now has a degree in dance theory while he was also crowned the best male dancer in the prestigious European Dance Competition (ESDU) after triumphing over other dancers from across Europe.

While the circumstances of his departure from Iyasa were unclear, the dancer recently refuted suggestions that he had left over poor remuneration.

a?I started taking dancing seriously at the age of 19 and since we became popular for that, I enjoyed travelling around Africa and within Zimbabwean borders with Iyasa. Nothing bad happened between me and Iyasa I grew up and left,a? said Sibanda.
